If you pay with paypal you are covered for upto £500, although I have never had to test this.

14 working days after expected delivery, if it's not come you can claim insurance through PayPal up to £250 or £500 for verified members.

Then it's a lengthy process of forms and filing shit with Royal Mail or the courier.

It takes months to get your money back basically. Good luck.

Well, first - before doing any forms or anything have you contacted the seller - he should have an explanation.

yeah normally you will get your money back from the seller. Most people will give you your money back.
