who's exited about this game? i personally think that the "choice" piece of the game will make this a title to never beforgotton. making choices that effect the entire game is in a way revolutionary since it makes a story line that may differ slightly from one person to another.


any comments or predictions would be appreciated.

I'm so excited for this game, but seeing as I don't own a 360 it's the Wii version for me lol.

I LOVED the multiplayer in Chaos Theory; was great.

360 version isnt by Ubi Montreal, it's by Ubi Shanghai, but I still have high hopes for DA.

yeh this game looks pretty good. But I won't be getting this or a 360 anytime soon as I just don't have the cash. I got better things to spend the money on anyway...yes its true, I am losing my interest in gaming.

360 version isnt by Ubi Montreal, it's by Ubi Shanghai, but I still have high hopes for DA.

Yeah that's true. I thought Pandora Tomorrow was the weakest in the trilogy, but will Shanghai's version (360) be any worse than Montreal's version (Xbox)?

I still found Pandora Tomorrow a significant improvement of the first Splinter Cell. Alot of Chaos Theory is going into Shanghai's Double Agent so there would be vast improvements, directed cutscenes caught my eye..

Ubi Montreal have apparently been working on Splinter Cell: Conviction since the closing stages of Chaos Theory (as if they dont have enough projects as it is)

this is my most wanted game of 2006 EASY. I fucking love splinter cell, and i cant wait to pick this up. So many hours to spend stabbing people online.

Don't know, might get it then take it back or rent it;

I found the 1st one dead boring and the second one i found it to be more boring than the 1st one and haven't tried the 3rd one yet.

I just was hoping it would be Metal Gear solid but with much more faster action gameplay with the series

It does stealth a lot better than MGS. The third one is a massive improvement over the first two, you should try it.

I loved chaos theory, and i'm really considering buying this. However i'm hoping they'll be some improvements. For one, even though you're given freedom on a small scale, like deciding how to getting through a room unnoticed, the game is still fairly linear. I'm hoping there will be more choice on a large scale, like how to tackle an entire mission. Think Hitman (2) more, which was also a brilliant game.

Am I the only one that couldn't play any SPlinter Cell after the first one? I liked it, but it just seemed to "boring" to play 3 games like that.

Damn right I'm looking forward to it! If anyone saw my Top 10 games wanted of the year then you will know that "Sam Fisher has never looked so good, damn it makes me hard!" ;)

The demo is laggy and shit. I hope the final game is a little better.
