Looks more like Zoo Keeper, to me. Only more confusing.

Pokemon Puzzle League is very different to that. PPL is actually Panel De Pon Pokemon-ised, but it was also released as Tetris Attack in the days before the Pokemon craze hit. Tetris Attack, incedentally, is one of my top five SNES games.

I agree Puzzle League on the n64 was awesome. I guess im in the minority that liked it.
