Wait one god damn minute...were currently first??

I was just having a look at the Mario kart DS info, and i noticed something. Americans get it on the 14th, while were on the 11th.
So we're currently first in line to get it, but thats surely gonna be taken over by the japanese..
Does any one know the japanese date?

There doesn't seem to be anything on the Japanese Nintendo site about Mario Kart. Maybe that does mean we'll be getting it first. Or maybe Nintendo are just waiting until the DS online announcement in October to announce a Japanese date.

I'm glad we're getting it before America anyway, like with Double Dash.

Why do they usually do mario kart titles over here first, does mario kart sell more in the uk than america? I hope online comes out the same day, It would be good if all countries got it around the same time, because then it would mean...more people to beat on mario kart! WOOH!

Yes, and everyone would have a level playing field. Generally when online DS is launched and we have to wait like 6 months to get the game over here the minute you go online your gonna get owned by some Japanese 7 year old who has concentrated his hardest to exploit all tricks and glitches to humilate your sorry ass. :weep:
