Play-Yan/Micro Release Dates

Hey guys. I know the Micro is coming out in America in just two days, but is the Play-Yan also coming out in America then? Is it bundled? Price? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

"Nintendo currently only plans to sell the Play-yan though its official Web site. The company will begin taking preorders in mid-January, and it expects to ship Play-yan a month later. Currently, there are no plans to sell the adapter in North America. More details on Play-yan will be disclosed when Nintendo begins taking preorders for it."

I think I remember a news article from the old C-E that said about how Nintendo plans to release it in America and Europe, but don't have (read ca't be bothered) to find a link to confirm this or not!

Nintendo of Spain have said they're releasing it: "Also confirmed was that the Play-Yan media-player which plays MP3 audio files and MPEG video clips will be coming to Europe, although a release date was not mentioned." http://www.revo-europe.com/news.php?nid=7942

All I can be bothered. Unsuprisingly the word "play" brings up a lot of results.
