Meteos is definite for me, Nintendogs is almost certain, and depending on reviews, Burnout as well. But the big one for me this year is definitely the one and only Mario Kart!

Yeah, you know what? For me it would be great if games such as Castlevania, Nintendogs and Advance Wars were out this weekend (the 23rd) as Im away to France until Chrimbo and Im feeling wary about picking up such games in French... but European games would have the language option, right?

Im thinking of getting Meteos this weekend then, itll keep my collection diverse. I dont really buy puzzle games so itll be relatively new to me and should get me hooked!

(also I'd buy Project Rub if I saw it cheap anywhere...)

I can't believe how quickly Mario Kart DS is coming for release! I mean it's EARLY NEXT MONTH! I hope it's fast, because i believe the GC version was a tad ruined because of it's slowness, fingers crossed!

I'm also getting Tony Hawks American Sk8teland, it looks really good! I also ordered it on GC but then realised it could be a Xbox360 launch title so i cancelled it and preordered the Xbox360 one instead!

It's ashame that we don't see alot of the goods DS games this year, i mean USA's list is bloody good with:

I want Tony Hawks, Kirby, Touch Golf, Burnout, Zoo Tycoon, Lost in Blue, Mario Kart, I also still need to pick up Advance Wars, Castlevania, Meteos and Pac Pix oh dear!!

No lost in blue is the opposite. It takes ages to complete and It's deadly to keep to characters alive when one is out climbing cliffs.

I think I might only get Mario Kart DS for my DS between now -> end of the year. I've been thinking about getting Lost in Blue or Sonic Rush though, so I may pick one of them up eventually, but probably not straight away though. Thats what I thought, cause It says the 18th on most sites, but I don't see it being the first online game, meaning its most likely to be delayed until the 25th at least, launching along side mario kart like it will in america, what does everybody else think? A few delays this week (11/11). Both Nanostray and The Incredibles have been put back to the 25th, but considering Mario Kart is out on the same day then it's unlikely that anyone will care really (especially in The Incredibles case).

It's the sequal to Feel The Magic/Project Rub. It's only recently been released in Japan, but considering strongish sales of Feel The Magic in the west at launch Sega have decided that the sequal deserves to be lauched here aswell.

It looks alot more cattered to an eastern audience than the first one did.

I still enjoy meteos. It's a game you can pick up. Play for half an hour, then put down again. If you like puzzle games you'll love this, multiplayer can be quite fun too. I'd recommend it it you like puzzlers. The game play can get quite fast-paced and intense at times too.

From one of their sources the details are 16th August in Crystal White, Enamel Navy and Ice Blue for 129.99 Euros. No games?! There's heaps of quality games out for the DS. Okay, New Super Mario Bros was probably the biggest game for a month or two now but it's the same for every console, every summer. There's always a bit of a games drought.

How about other games? Kirby? Metroid Pinball? Are these even text heavy games that take a long time to translate?

Looks like America's only getting Yoshi's Island three weeks before us - that's not too bad. And it's intereststing to see that they're getting Nintendogs: Dalmation and Friends all that time after us. No Hotel Dusk for them this year either - the same thing happened with Another Code - Cing must like us. :)

I'd like to see NoE's excuse for not releasing Starfox, Mario vs. DK2, Pokémon Ranger or Kirby this year, though, when the US is getting them as early as September, in the case of Starfox and MvsDK.

Contains quite a few good games and some bad, but the DS has no games shortage for early next year believe me!

I bought Snowboard kids on the ds. Its quite a funky little game, only problem I have is theres no random play you can do. You cant just have a race it has to be the story mode, which the boss battles annoy me to hell.
Plus items in it arent like the original, i want Snowboard kids N64 on the ds basically. plus online.

Already got Pokémon, like many others, so out of that lot, I'll probably get Tingle and Worms. I'll probably import Tingle if it's out early enough in America, though - yet again, Nintendo show how inept they are at spacing out their releases evenly, and it clashes with Paper Mario..

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about that Professor Layton game that came out in Japan (and is getting a sequel this month I think). Is it going to be released here and if so, does anyone know when?

It looked like a very interesting game; the art style was great as well.

Its out in the US fairly soon, god knows about Europe however. You'de be best to import rather than sit around and wait for it to (probably never) get released.

Every site I look at seems to have a different release date for this game in the US. So very confusing!
It's also kinda hard to find reviews for it, but it seems to be a pretty decent game, with scores between 70 and 80/100.

erm...as for the rest, well Phoniex Wright is great BUT theres also the 360,PS3 games to consider in March...so i probably won't buy it.

I cant help but wonder now...what first party DS titles are coming out in the future? There's next to nothing I can think of, other than Advance Wars. I can't even think of much crappy training games coming.
