This is an excellent, thought provoking read:

I met god the other day.

I know what you’re thinking. How the hell did you know it was god?

Well, I’ll explain as we go along, but basically he convinced me by having all, and I do mean ALL, the answers. Every question I flung at him he batted back with a plausible and satisfactory answer. In the end, it was easier to accept that he was god than otherwise.

Oh yeah I don't believe it for one second but it is a good read! And also quite close to what I used to believe (what the God says) about our existence etc before I became an Aethiest.

I always have been an aethiest but sometimes i worry about what will happen when i die, i mean if there is a heaven and i didnt beleive in it will i get to go to it?

I once got into an arguement with a Christian mate who was concerned "with the well being of my soul due to my lack of faith". I said if God has infinite mercy why wouldn't he forgive me (and trust me I'd be truly bloody sorry if I was wrong after death!)?

I was in London on the tube once, theere was this religious american guy coming down asking people about religion.

He says:
Well when it all ends we're gonna try and get up there and not down there.

So i say:
Down there? then what about the titanic i'd say that's pretty far down there
