360 photo tricky

I just read a rather intresting article on gamespot, which claims 2 people were tricked into paying big money for a photo of a 360, believing they were getting the console.

They must have been real dumb to fall for it.

People in the USA have paid hundreds of dollars for the XBox 360 box, even when it says, "you are paying for the box, not the console!"

What can you do, eh? It's like my friend who thought he was buying this huge amp but it turned out to be a tiny one; they just don't read it and rush off and buy.

If people dont bother to read the fine print in the description when they are paying $600+, then they should be prepared for all the possibilities. I would not buy something that expensive from eBay, but if i did i would read the entire description of the item, as it could so easily be a scam.
