Although that site mentions Nintendo can't sue to to parody, I have the feeling Nintendo might try to. The characters do look a bit too similar to the Bros for it to just be a parody.

Lame, really lame. Hope Nintendo sure Sony's asses off but they probably won't be able to on the parody terms. The Asterix and Obelix game was a much better parady.
