Apparently Peter Crouch was in 2nd place the other day. I don't know if he still is.

Why not name a sportsman this year who has been better in there chosen field and has won somehting for England.
I voted for him.

I find it rather ironic that Frank Lampard is nominated for an award with the word 'personality' in it.
Anyway, I believe that I already voted for Steven Gerrard.

I hope Andrew Murray wins, not likely though, as he won the Young Sports Personality last year. As long as it's not Flintoff I'll be happy.

I don't understand why people don't want Flintoff to win it? He was inspirational in Englands Ashes victory and what else have British sportsmen/women won this year? Sure Murray has had a sensational year rising up the rankings (about 400 places i think?) but I don't think he deserves it when the England cricket team (who should also win the team of the year award) played so briliantly, especially Flintoff!
