Err, it's from the IGN Cube Mailbag, not IGN Insider. You might have to register at worst, there's no need for money to change hands.

If you've got a current IGN cookie set, you should just be able to click on the link. A new window should open then you just have to wait for the Quicktime video to download, once that's done it should appear in the window by itself.
