Forget the Conduit, Water Warfare is here with all of its water shooting glory.
Taking place in various colourful environments you shoot your friends with water guns. The main selling point for me is the fact it has 8 player online and is just 800 wii points, compared to the usual 1000 you pay for most Wiiware games.

I can't say i'm too impressed with the graphics at all, especially considering just a few months ago Hudson release Onslaught, which looked brilliant for a Wiiware title but this might be more fun that shooting bugs, so lets wait and see.

Its out this week so I'll be sure to download this soon and tell you what I think and perhaps swap friend codes?

Sounds pretty crazy, though those graphics look appalling. :\

Looks and sounds like a lot of fun, just depends how many players are online!

Im guessing not many, but I could be wrong.
I nearly got this yesterday but got Nyx Quest instead so I might get this next week, if any of you do purchase it be sure to post your friend code :)

I got this Friday. There wasn't any online activity then, but things have improved now, but only when you select Worldwide matches. Thank God there's no lag to be had. It's a decent online experience, but it can take ages for a match to start even when all 8 players are waiting in the lobby. Will do nicely while we wait for The Conduit.

I did create a friend code thread in the Wii online board btw.

Yes, I've spent an hour to an hour and a half with it daily since Saturday.

It's basically a Mario Kart style multiplayer game as you can win with your FPS skills or by using the items that are on offer wisely. These include a towel that revives you, raincoat to prevent you getting wet and even a banana skin.

....Why didnt they replace the water guns with guns.... I mean that little change would ensure so much more sales..

out of curiousity ho does the age ratings work on wiiware games ?..

I should point out that Conduit takes forever to "authenticate" all the players before the match starts as-well.

Not sure if I'll bother with this or not.

IGN's Daemon gave it a 6.9, but Matt did a second opinion, citing that if it was up to him, he'd take at least 2 points off Daemons score as he felt it was "utter trash".

Still looks interesting, but yeah, the graphics are ass.
