This was left out of the press conference, but it seems that Microsoft will be offering full Xbox 360 retail games for download (http://www.engadget.com/2009/06/01/xbox-360-getting-full-retail-games-delivered-on-demand/).

You'll be able to buy games directly using a credit card bypassing the Points system, and from the looks of things this will be a service catered more toward older games than new releases.
I wonder if this means they'll be releasing a bigger, even more extortionately priced HDD?
