Anyone from N Ireland in here that know of bichon frise dog breeders here, as close to Belfast as possible? I'm buying my girlfriend a puppy for Christmas and she has her heart set on this breed, but she likes mini shih tzus and maltese as well. Any help would be really appreciated!
