The lack of Futurama disturbs me, same with South Park. We should stop arguing about which is better and spend our time watching and enjoying these shows.

Family Guy's been more consistent, but classic Simpsons edges it.

When will humans realise that all cartoons are inferior to Futurama? If they cancelled Simpsons, Family and American Dad but made new Futurama series I would wet myself with joy. Two words: Dr. Zoidberg.

I voted for The Simpsons. I think the reason why so many claim Family Guy is greater than the simpsons is because most people have seen classic simpsons several times now, so doesn't raise much of a laugh nowadays, so only have 'new' simpsons to compare to, which FG just tramples over. I still rate The Simpsons over Family Guy, I mean don't get me wrong, they're both awesome shows, but The Simpsons seem to be a bit smarter, and more thought out, not to mention several seasons of sheer characterisation which made the show one of the best ever.
And American Dad. Only seen a few eps. but I have to say it is one of the most underrated shows on TV. A lot of people say it's crap, but only because it has to stand up next to Family Guy, and therefore The Simpsons and Futurama, but it is a very funny show, albeit a little innuendo-based. I thought it was hilarious when that guy at the CIA kept losing his position as man of the household, until, well, you will know if you seen it. Oh how I laughed.
Although if Futurama was up there I might have voted for that.

i have to agree with some of these people, futurama ia by far the funniest, and bender is indeed possibly the ebs charactr ever created, which annoyed me when i heard that futurama had been canceled by fox, and i have to ask myself why, but then i flick on the simpsons and forget about, untill fututrama comes back on that is, maybey i should have a petition signed to have new eps of futurama made again?

I watched an episode of American Dad the other day, and I laughed more than I do with the average Simpsons or Family Guy episode. They're all funny, so I can't vote.

If you wanna know whats going on with Futurama www.gotfuturama.com has all the latest news. There isnt much much mind as the show has been cancelled. It will broadcast on Comedy Central in 2008 in America however and apprently there are plans to do 3 straight to DVD movies.

I grew bored of The Simpsons 3 years back. Its all abit samey nowadays. They really should just end it now.
Family Guy for me is sheer genious. I crack up everytime I watch it.
Futurama is also good but not nearly as funny as FG, I've only watched a couple episodes of American dad but its a funny program and I hope to watch more of it. South Park is also a fave of mine.
I voted FG.

That episode had me and my mates in stiches. From the opening of him shouting " Shoot him Shoot him" at Sesame St ( sp ) characters to the chase with the racoon in the car while shooting it was simply amazing.
I always watching the simpsons but my favourite is probably Futurama. Most people think Zoidberg is the best but I personally have to go with Zap Brannigan. That guy is hilarious and I would love to see a series with him and kif in. The Adventures of Zap Brannigan....sounds good!

Family guy, all 4 series are absolutely amazing, the straight-to-dvd kind of film they did was amazing, and the figures aint half bad either. Im too obsessed with it :S

Still, Family Guy for me. It's got the obscene edge to it - and the later time-slot - that The Simpsons doesn't, meaning it can crack the jokes and flaunt the kind of humour I like.

As much as I love Family Guy's random flashbacks and skits, the golden years of The Simpsons (seasons 3-9 IMO) still peaks it for me.

Was about to asy American Dad but after having seen the latest Family Guy episode definetly family Guy. Amazingly funny, so much better than The Simpsons, that's just dieing a long slow horrble death in my opinion. They should've stooped earlier and gone out wiht everyone loving.

They cancelled it twice but they un-cancelled it a year or so back. So the new series is the come back. It also got cancelled for the first time after the first series.
Don't think this has been mentioned, sorry if it has, just a heads up to let you know all 3 seasons of Family Guy are only £9.97 on Amazon.co.uk. :D.

I'm not really that impressed by Family Guy Season 3. I nearly fell asleep. The movie, however, is brilliant in many, many ways.

LOL! I saw that, I started watching Family Guy and American Dad last week though i've seen Family Guy quite a lot on my mates DVD. Out of the 3 I have to say I prefer the Simpsons simply because it's the one i've seen the most of and there is some comedy gold amongst the mountains of episodes about Lisa and some crusade against something.
