The premise is pure genius: A Zombie outbreak hits the UK during Big Brother and the house becomes one of the last safe places in the country, with the housemates under siege from the undead masses.

Really loved it. Like the 28 Days Later stylee, and the fact that it's made more "real" with BB being represented perfectly, down to the past housemates!

That was great - loved all the BB stuff, especially Davina, who was excellent, especially her death scene and her attack on the producer. The only thing I didn't really like was all the shaky camera. I'll definitely be watching tomorrow.

my girlfriends brother is in this as an extra and will be watching it to see if i can stop him, I was at work so had to sky+ it. He was at the launch party last night, apprently he appears more in the behind the scenes stuff as the directors was asking him to do loads for it.

I was dissappointed she didn't just stab the guy on principle, though having said that I did rather cringe at the fire extinguisher being used as a head extinguisher.

Utterly brilliant bit of telly. Cannae wait for some more tonight. Only slight grudge is the wobbly camera work which meant we only got brief glimpses of gore, but this was more than balanced out by Davina getting her throat torn out and head squishyness. It wonder if this is channel 4's way of hinting at the end of reality TV. I mean they had that Peter Kay parody a couple of weeks back. Maybe this is there way of saying "we're bored of televising this shit, but lets go out with a bang and there the whole set apart with zombies".

Love it. Absolutely brilliant. Normally I can't be doing with horror as a genre but this is bloody brilliant. The attention to detail is stunning. Look forward to tomorrow's!

OK now after 3 episodes the initial cool factor has worn off, it's not actually that great. I've never seen such an overuse of shaky cam.


It really does need to be seen as one though, it's like taking 28 Days Later and breaking it up into 5 parts, that's just plain annoying.

Yesterday's episode was better, as the plot actually moved forward. Pippa's reaction to that producer killing Davina made me laugh, as did zombie Brian.

Watched the last one and thought overall it was a good programme. I knew that the producer was going to ruin it for everyone. Actually sad to see some of the main characters turned into monsters but it can't have been that emotional for me because I can't even remember their names now.

Won't be getting the DVD but still, worth watching.

That was bloody brilliant. I wasn't expecting an..."unhappy" ending so to speak. Agree with swarf though, I nearly felt some emotion for some of the characters as they were turned to zombies but there was very little character building, so it ended up being "OH damn, that was an unexpected ending" as opposed to "Noooooooo!".

Still..brilliant. Really enjoyed it. I also don't think the shaky cam was overdone at all, it was used when it was needed.

I agree - great final episode. I though it might have lost its steam in the second and third episodes, but the ending was fantastic. Great to see that producer get what was coming to him.
