I thought I'd cancelled my Mario Kart order, but obviously not, as i receive the dispatch email yesterday. Does anyone know how long it will take to get here? It got sent out on Monday...

I received Warioware: Twisted from VGP in 3 days! They are very fast to dispatch stuff.

I haven't got mine yet... Tomorrow hopefully. I'm not really that bothered though, I wasn't expecting to get it until next Thursday from GamePlay, any sooner is just a bonus. I can't even play online until next week I think...

i already tried putting my firewall on low and it still didnt work. one thing i did notice was that when i tried searching for an access point in my home it said NDS does not support the security settings even though i have it on WEP.

i then had my router selected to no security at all and done the test connection and it worked.

i thought i was there but when trying to start a wifi game it still failed.

Quick question. If I buy three DS games from VGP at the same time...will they class the whole package as £10, and avoid Customs, or will I get hit by customs. I.E. Should I order them seperatly, or together in one package? Cheers for any help :D

They would ship them out seperately i reckon, then you won't get customs! I preordered more then two games released on the same day, before from them, and they always come seperately.

Does VGP protect the packages well for GBA games? Most of the times I imported GBA games from the US the boxes were totally smashed, and since I want to order the Castlevania 2-pack I was wondering if they are a good choice (I never used them before).

Has anyone paid by paypal with VGP? I decided to this time as I was using money from selling a game, but it's not showing up in my orders yet. Does it take longer to process an order when paying by paypal? I'm hoping to get it by Friday but I only ordered last night.

I had a quick look through their FAQ, and this came up;

Question : Why am I getting a payment confirmation from Paypal but my order doesn't appear in my history?

Answer : If you get an email confirming sent payment we did receive the payment and the order will be processed. The order does not appear in your history and you will not get any auto email confirmation when you order ships because you did not complete the order process. To ensure that you complete the order correctly make sure to click the "click here to continue" link on paypal after your payment is sent otherwise we will not fully receive your order for our records and it will not appear in your account history.

Yes, via their Ebay account.
No problems at all, went through just like any other paypal payment.

It turns out I'd confused the system by using different paypal and VGP email addresses (as well as not properly completing the order). They emailed me once it was sorted and gave me 3 updates in one day, so can't complain.
