Sugoroku Chronicles?

Apparently, some game with all but no info. Read this little tidbit on GoNintendo this morning, got me a bit excited.
Anyone know anything?

- story: your are competing to see who can be the strongest, and earn the most money

- 16 base classes

- up to 100 unlockable classes

- 100 different pieces of equipment

- some classes: fighter, priest, thief magician, martial artist, and animal tamer.

- voice work

sounds like a fire emblem style game to me. I like but if not.........ah we'll see.
