The parasite headed for his target. He was quite surprised to see the amount of killing power present in this body.

Jayseven is dead. His body was turned to ashes. Who he was remains a mystery.

"Whoa! Such power..."

He was about to head back, when he saw a huge, neckless, hairy monster blocking his path.

"Ah. It's you. Come on, let's-"

The monster suddenly went mad and started to attack the possessed body, leaving it severely bruised.

"They're definately connected. And from the evidence near the bodies, I must assume they have a very powerful pyrotechnician among them. His work seemed rushed, though, so I assume he must have a strong reason for killing his targets quickly."

"So, a single person killed and burned that victim?"

"Yes. But I don't think the same person killed the Mayor and that poor fellow. It is strange, since the methods are similar..."

"Wait, how do you know all this? Only the police has access to the bodies!"

"...I must go now"

"Wait! Awww...He hanged up...

Great. Death Note time... oh dear. I get the basic principle but I'm so gonna have to watch the anime to get the niuances. I guess though that this guy was somebody trying to catch Light.

Yeah I would think so. I'm guessing that L is a neutral character to has to win by catching Yagami Light. If this is the case then that character might help us but obviously might lead to them winning.

The info gatherers are better staying quiet for now. Especially those who have targeted good people on the first night. If they've targeted someone and their info makes them sound dodgy then it can wait a day.

For today we have to try and get the parasite/flame guy. If we're lucky then both will die when we lynch one of them.

I was Light in the last DIY game and was Evil.

This. Once Light finds the Death Note, he starts killing criminals. Eventually he begins to kill innocents who are trying to capture him aswell.

The one who posted that message previously is almost certainly good. We are speculating that if there is an L, there may be a Kira, who is almost certainly evil, though we do not know.

Note the "they" in relation to having a powerful pyrotechnician. "They" seems to suggest the Mafia.

The "strangeness" seems to imply that the second killing wasn't carried out by the pyro, but that the pyro was used to kill the victim. If that made any sense.

The mafia leader was issuing orders to his minions, when, suddenly, a ferocious beast jumped in front of him.

Apparently, the people nearby liked the idea: "FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!"

Poor little thing. He didn't last 5 seconds.

Hellfire is dead. He was Brain (Pinky & Brain). A mouse, trying to take over the world. He was the Godfather.

Someone else scramed: "Noooo! Brain!"

"Is this mouse one of your friends?"

"Nope"

With another swift strike, the beast killed the second mouse.

MoogleViper is dead. He was Pinky (Pinky & Brain). He could communicate with Brain, but he was good. When one of the mice died, the other one would die, as well.

"Now, you take orders from me, understood?"

The rest of the Mafia couldn't argue with that.

An outsider has usurped the Mafia. He is now the new leader.

VoLcOm is dead. He was Shredder (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), who was in possession of several dangerous chemicals. He was Evil.

"Ummm, I don't know how to say this...Kero cancelled today's show at the last minute. Nobody really knows why. I apologize in behalf of the whole staff

Also, someone left a toy near my house" TC showed an action figure in front of the screen. "I would appreciate if the owner could retrieve it"

The TV channel went black. When it came back on, The Itchy and Scratchy show was airing as a filler.

Okay, I'll debunk that straight away. My power has nothing to do with the killing, mutilation or hinderance of anybody else. I have nothing to hide, so if there's any investigators out there, investigate me tonight so that I can prove my innocence.

If any investigators come forward and end up dead overnight, or if I end up coming out as evil/neutral/a threat, then you may lynch me tomorrow.
