Sony to re-release Ico!

Phenomenal news, imo. Tapping into the hype surrounding Shadow of the Colossus, Sony are apparently intending to re-release Ico alongside it.

Baring in mind how few PS2 owners have experience the sheer wonder of Ico, I think this is a very strong thing for gaming as a whole. It would be great if there were bundle deals available, as SCEE seem to have understood that both games will appeal to a similar market.

If you've not already played it... buy it. This is your chance!

I'll be picking it up, with Soul Calibur 3 and Disgaea 2. Those are the remaining PS2 games I'll be getting, then it's goodbye Mr. PS2

I've always wanted to get ICO, just coudn't find it anywhere. Now I can play this as well as Shadow of the Collosus. Can't wait! :hehe:

AS well as this, I'll be getting Okami around the same time. So many beautiful games to play on my PS2!!!

And Schpickles, I've kept it in the padded envelope that you sent it in from the day I received it................so it's hopefully going to stay in the best of conditions.

I know quite a few people who've been trying to track down a copy of Ico recently, so this news should bring some relief to some of them knowing they'll finally get a chance to play it.

Tried to read reviews at college while bored and of the few that weren't blocked it seemed to be mixed. Whats so special about it?

i recently bought it, and I couldn't even get past the opening movies; they were so long and boring...will have to try and play it some time though.
