Every time i try to log into the wii points card shop it says
"Perhaps you made a typing mistake, or your Club Nintendo account is not yet linked to your Wii Shop Channel account. Do you want to try again?"
But i have just linked them and it said ont he wii they are both linked....
wonder what the problem is
ALSO can i just ask how many STARS i would need for 1 single download of a N64 virtual console game?
thank you

You would need 4,000 stars, as it's 4 stars for 1 wii point, and they usually cost 1,000 Wii points. However, one of the N64 games (translated unreleased Japanese game) is 1,200 points if I remember, which would be 4,800 stars.

No, for some reason even though they could let people easily transfer all their stars to points instantly they cheekily make it so they release a few 'cards' every so often on the site, so check it often. They're not real cards, as soon as you get one you get given a code that you enter in the shop channel to redeem wii points.
Silly system, I bet they're hoping people don't manage to change all their stars in time so that they expire within 12 months, meaning they're quids in.

and even if there were enough cards, you can only get one card a day
