BISH THE SECOND COMING

This'll be a sign up thread. For those of you who don't know what this is, feel free to have a look at the first version of teh game (http://n-europe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18054&highlight=BISH) for a slightly lengthy explanation.

Basically;
- You contribute five items/things/words (BISHs).
- Then you have to find the BISHes from everyone else's lists, and take a picture of each one with you clearly in the picture.
- Next you upload (http://www.imageshack.us) the picture and post it in this thread.
- The person who initially listed the BISH then decides whether it's acceptable or not.

The more people that correctly snap up a BISH, the less the BISH is worth at the end of the game, so try your best to get the more obscure ones.

I will be contributing a simply awesome array of prizes, so you may as well play along :P Please PM me your list of 5 when you sign up - I promise not to start taking any pictures until I make the actual thread later this week.

There will be a time limit for the game, too. Perhaps a week, perhaps a month - what do you think? Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated :P

There may also be some bonus points up for grabs - not as narcissistic as the ones last time, I assure you...

No, the problem is you can think of too many things!. Seriously, anything will do at all :) have a gander at the old thread and scroll down the first post, you'll get to the lists. Can be objects, people, happenings, emotions, voyeuristicities (FAKE WORD ALERT!), abstract entities... too much choice :P

I've not made a list yet, will do it as I write up the proper thread.

Well you can send me a list whenever you like, but just don't forget to do it by friday, or something.

I'll give it a try this time, but I still have some reservations about your system that should be reconsidered for BISH 3, which I can help with I suppose - if you like. And I'm not writing 'jayseven is awesome' or anything like that on anything anywhere so if it turns out that's going to separate the winners from the not-quite winners, I might give up there!

For the record; shorty thinks it would be smarter if everyone sends in their entries on a fixed date, thus avoiding mimicry.

Perhaps I don't want to see my thread disappear into the abyss that is PAGE TWO *thunderclap* :P But the copying of entries is a very good point; it does encourage imagination. My worry is that people last time lost interest in the game fairly easily. Also, there were many opportunities for copying in the last game which people did not take up; many people never got half pint and a full pint, or microbe... the main copy-cat was the five-legged thing.

If it is clearly an issue in this game then it will definitely be sorted.

By the way; I've had a quick gander at everyone's lists and I have to say, you've all sent me really, i[]really[/i] hard. I am fearful that we won't get many entries simply because they're all so difficult... Please if you send me a list of five things, be thoughtful - don't make thinsg too impossible. If anyone wishes to send me a new list of five things, then feel free.

Of course, no matter what the lists are, this will be interesting. I just worry that people will not try to be creative with the targets...

Kov and Haggis; I think yours are indeed acceptable, and probably amongst the easier entries. Ultimately, everyone will be in the same boat when it comes to acquiring the pictures, but I am worried that simply everyone will avoid any sort of creativity and just give up on many of the entries so far.

The aim is not to come up with ridiculous ideas, people :P Perhaps I should not have mentioned a prize...

If you do not wish to change your entries then that is completely fine! If you do, then please do so before teh weekend begins. Once friday rolls round, I will pressure any individuals whom have failed to send me their lists, then the game shall begin!

Right, I was away for the weekend so I didn't get this started. As far as I can tell (I swear the names I edit into the list in my first post keep dissapearing..) I've got lists from everyone except;

I know it's been a slow game to start, but I just wanted everyone comitted. I will be officially beginning the game on wednesday night. and setting a time-limit then. If I do not have a list from these people, then they won't be playing!

Well, this post'll get auto-merged, so nobody'll see it-- Tellyn and Dyson have been kind enough to send me their lists. Shiekah and Razziatore don't seem to come on much. This time tomorrow expect the full lists to be up in a brand new thread :)
