Things to remember:

2) When you vote to lynch, please do so by saying Vote: [Player] in bold. If you wish to change your vote, please say Change Vote: [Player] instead. Voting "Nobody" is a valid vote; if a majority votes for 'nobody' then nobody will be lynched and we'll move on to the Night phase.

3) If your role says you *may* PM me a target, you don't have to do anything at night. Even so, it'll speed things along quite a bit if you'd still just send me a PM saying "Not using my [whatever] power tonight, thanks."

4) If your role says you *must* PM me a target, and you do not? I'll pick one randomly. Or, perhaps, not-so-randomly. Don't blame me if you target someone who kills you.

5) You may NOT send a PM to anyone about this game unless your role explicitly says you can. This is cheating. Nor can you discuss this game in any other thread than this.

6) Do NOT edit your posts in this thread. This is cheating.

7) Please do not copy-and-paste anything from any PM I send you to the thread. This is also cheating.

8) Please do not post in this thread after you are killed. This, too, is cheating and can ruin the game if done wrong.

9) Please do not post pictures in this thread, it will get very tedious if it's clogged up with crap.

10) Remember, it's just a game. You will get paranoid, you will be stabbed in the back by someone, you will see somebody do or say something stupid and want to smack them. Just breathe deep and relax. If things get out of hand, we do have a mod playing who will forcibly remind you to chill out if needed. It hasn't happened yet, and we'd all like to keep it that way.

A town.

Plagued by the mafia.

Everyone knows there are two main mafia families; the Sony family, and the Nintendo family.

Nobody knows who is in them though. Everyone suspects everyone else, and nobody is safe.

The crowd wants to see someone hang, they grow more and more uneasy as more and more people fall victim to the mafia. They must vote to decide who gets the lynch.

Day 1 begins now.

You must decide who hangs. A majority of 10 votes must be reached.

(Note: It is common practice on the first day to vote for nobody to get lynched, since there is no evidence against anyone yet. If you do choose to lynch someone, you are essentially taking a russian roulette shot, which is good for nobody.)

The Doctor made a house call. His patient had a stiff back. His patient was supposed to be dead, but his would-be killer was tied up somewhere else...

It wasn't long before The Doctor arrived home, after his night call. There was a knock at the door. He opened the door. A gunshot rang throughout the neighbourhood.

The fish is dead. He was The Doctor. He could protect people from being killed. He was a good guy.

(Welsh_gamer why didn't you try to prove your innocence? You are innocent, and was chosen at random to lynch. Why didn't you say "hey, guys WTF?".

Rule of thumb: if a player chooses another player at random to lynch, they are most probably in the mafia, or are someone you don't really want to have around.

Also, I'd be suspicious of anyone you doesn't give a reason why they are voting in that way. The Mafia have the advantage that they know who else is in the mafia, and if one of them votes for someone, its highly probable the others will follow suit. Be suspicious of everyone and anyone who wants to hang someone when there is no evidence against them.)

The mafia had tricked the townies. They accused The Mayor for a crime he did not commit. Seeing an opportunity to rid themselves of a person of great influence in the town, both the Nintendo and Sony families banded together to get him to hang.

Welsh_gamer is dead. He was The Mayor. His vote for who to lynch was worth double everyone else's. He was a good man.

Be careful if you want to tell other people what your role/power is, the mafia will want to get rid of anyone who poses a risk to them.

Also be wary of people that tell you their role for no apparent reason. The mafia might try to fool you into thinking they are good.

That's strange as well. No reason for siding with voting for Strider? It's pretty simple how this works out. If it turns out that we hang Strider tonight, then at least we'll know whos in the mafia. The Town had struck gold. Although the accused seemed completely innocent, and had nothing to prove him guilty, he turned out to the son of the leader of the Nintendo mafia.

The Politician was wanted by the mafia. His policies basically screwed with all the mafia's plans. Now, he had gone into hiding.

Tonight, he chose the wrong house to hide in. He woke up dead, with a bullet through his brain. Some passers-by heard the gunshot, and ran into Mundi's house, to find the dead Politician.

Stuwii is dead. He was The Politician, who had to hide in a different person's house every night. If the owner was good, he'd survive, if not, he would die. He was with the town.

Apart from that little incidence, the town was surprisingly quiet. Not a peep from the mafia.

Day 4 begins now.

It will take them all day to get out the hole.

The Policeman had his suspicions. Twice he had tried to determine whether Strider was to be trusted. He was so concerned about Strider's allegiances that he would die investigating him.

Shino is dead. He was The Policeman. He could investigate players to determine their allegiances. He was a good guy.

In the morning, you find The Policeman dead on Strider's doorstep, a discarded gun and large skid marks on the road outside.

Tonight, he chose the wrong house to hide in. He woke up dead, with a bullet through his brain. Some passers-by heard the gunshot, and ran into Mundi's house, to find the dead Politician.

Stuwii is dead. He was The Politician, who had to hide in a different person's house every night. If the owner was good, he'd survive, if not, he would die. He was with the town.

I can't find enough evidence to suspect strider more than i do mundi. Shino investigating strider twice is odd, but ultimately I can't say whether this proves strider to be one thing or another. How can I say what it means when surely Shino didn't know himself?

The evidence surrounding Stuwii's death is still something that, for now, convinces me that Mundi was involved. Last time he was suspected he gave us someone else to lynch, which was a good enough reason to suspend suspicion - but why wait this time? I'm going to vote for the individual I believe has the most evidence against them, i'm afraid.

Coupled with the fact that it's the other person down the well with me here that's voting for me, I'd be fairly certain that if we found out Paj was guilty then Strider is almost certainly guilty too.
