SPeed up computer

My pc seems to no be as fast as it used to be especaily in playing games like guild wars. These days it slows down alot more than it used. For instance I used to play guild wars fine but now it gets really slow sometimes. Changing the graphics settings make no difference so i think its to do you the processing speed or some shit like that.

Are there any programs that can speed up my pc? Like optimzing to imporove its effiency? (dont no what im not about but its sounds right :P)

There's a few things you can go. First you should defragment your hard disk, and run some spyware scans. Let me know if things speed up.
