Shiny pokemon

i read on the internet that you can get shiny pokemon this way
by feading both your male and female pokemon ( of the same kind ) like charizard male and female by feading them lots of poffins to make them sheen and when its full you have to breed them in the daycare to get a shiny charmander?

does anyone know if that works becouse i dont want to make all the poffins to do it if it doesnt work haha :S

Just tried it with 2 maxed out scythers with 8 eggs and nothing happend.

I have a Charizard with max sheen and beauty, and I've made loads of Charmanders to trade and none have ever been shiny.

yay i just caught a shiny clafairy

listen up every one this really works i know how to get shiny pokemon follow this step by step

1.buy loads of max repels
2.go in to a big patch of grass
3.use the pokeradar
4.their will be 4 movements the grass makes 1.left right2.lines will come across3.their will be gold sparks 4.their will be rainbow sparks
5. if you see gold sparks come out of the grass 50/50 of getting a shiny pokkemon if rainbow 90% chance

and gold sparks 5 % i think

Does anyone have a shiny charmander i like the color that shiny charizard has black skin and red eyes

Check the Serebii.net forums, someone's made a guide on how to get shinies, but I've tried it and it requires extreme patience. I've only had a chain of 7 Geodudes before a Zubat popped up. There's a 1/8000 chance you'll encounter a wild shiny pokemon.

I caught a shiny Cubone with the chaining method, it took ages, and I had to chain around 20 Cubones before I got the shiny one.
