cheap adsl usb modem

Hi I am looking for a new adsl usb modem , as mine is still the one that came with my conection it is very cheaply made and crap(need to disconect alot with it).

Can any one recomend any good one . The cheaper the better :grin:

Don't bother with a USB ADSL modem - get yourself a router. Saves time on connecting, and you can get one with a firewall built in to save system resources and improve security. So for that I could use it wirlessly aswell as use it on my pc with a wire. Also would it work with the ds?

It would not, that router is wired. If you are going to go wireless while your at it I recommend this router:

A bit expensive but very high quality. well worth it. You can get a cheaper wireless one for £35 if you want, however.

i definately reccommend a netgear router! :)

i think that happens to be the one i have or maybe the previous one to it. it has never failed on me once, and its really cheap too!
