I've been waiting months for an European/American Release announcement, but instead, I haven't heard anything of a release yet. Does somebody else know a relese date or should I import the game?

Import. it is a great game!

I doubt it will get a western release.

As much as i would to a western release for this game, it's just not gonna happen. In Japan these licenses belong to one organisation: Shounen Jump. In the west, it's spread over many many different companies. It's too much hassle and costly to get this done, not to mention the many unknown manga characters for the general western public.

In short, import time!

It was kinda obvious the game wasnt gonna get released on western shores if you had an Interest in anime/manga. But yeah, it is a shame the license isnt worldwide.

I might import this game, but havent read about it much, which is most probably my downfall because it sounds like a pretty neat game from what people are saying.
I'l import it some time in the months to come.

Here's were everyone imports it and it gets an english release, and everyone will be gutted.

(Even though it's unlikely to be released over here.)

actually in NOM they said that it was most likely not to get an american release due to copyrighting laws or something. but i is possible that a european release could happen. so its more oikely to be released here than it is in america

Aww man, you import animal crossing? I actualy waited because I knew it would get a release eventualy here, and I was right... It came out on my birthday :hehe: 24th september 2004... great day...
