Can someone explain how you connect your VC account with Nintendo-Europe's site?

I really want to know how this is possible.I created an account at Nintendo-Europe and I cant find a possible way to connect the two accounts so Nintendo can keep track of my VC purchases( I have downloaded 20 games so far).Please explain me the whole process step by step.

Go to the Shop Channel on your Wii and it will ask if you want to link your accounts

Hmmm... I open Wii Shop Channel almost everyday to check for updates and never has asked me something like that.My selected country is Greece so it is possible that this affects it.When the channel asks you this?Is it done automatically or you must navigate in the options menu?

It should have asked the first time.

Then again, NoE don't have a website for Greece, so perhaps that's why.

There should be an options button somewhere on the shop channel, linking the accounts i believe is one of the options.

No, forget it. You can't do it if your Wii is set to Greece.
I had it set to portugal but had to change it to spain or UK because nintendo only supports the VIP accounts for UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherland, Belgium, France and Italy. So you have to change your Wii's settings to one of these countries. This will screw up your weather channel and your news channel because it will display the info related to the country you selected.
I recommend you change it to the same nationality you indicated when you created your VIP account on the website.
