Has any one used these? They seem very cheap. Do you get charged with import taxes and how long do they take to ship? Thanks

I've used them for Lost series one. It was priced cheaply (£30) with no P&P to the UK. No import charges as they ship them to the UK and then send them out from within the UK. Delivery is quick. I got mine within a week or so, not sure though as I was on holiday at the time. With pre-orders as well they ship when they get them in, so I got Lost before it was actually released.

Well lets put it this way. I was so impressed with my Lost order that i've ordered Veronica Mars from them. The street date is 11th October, I'll let you know when I get it.

Same with me but it was sent off finally today. Not too bothered though - it was only £17.99.

shaq365, mine was shipped as well. I had the Japanese version so I wasn't too worried, especially at that price!!
According to the FAQ's at the Movietyme site then you will be liable for tax and duty for anything over £18.

Just what I heard from Digital Spy's forum. Theres about half a dozen people from there (myself included) who ordered Lost (£30) and got no taxes. Maybe the £18 thing is a "by law we need to say this".

Just to let you know, my copy of Veronica Mars DVD arrived on the 12th, one day after its release in America. I spose Lost arrived before release because it was a big release, but still, not bad.

It depends on whether the item is in stock. My Nintendogs took a month to come. The other week I ordered the "Batman Begins" Limited Edition DVD and it was posted the next day and arrived a day or so later having been posted in the UK!

Overall I like them. Of the three items I have ordered from them, two have arrived within a few days of ordering, having been posted in the UK (admittedly they were DVD's).
