Yeah in the 2nd game, man that was cheeky, haha, didn't go to sudden death but still an awesome match, the last 30seconds was hectic with shells, bananas and giant Luigis all over the place, i think it was only cuz of all that that prevented you getting the equalizer

Damn, this isn't fair :P I lose two out of three battles in the league against Japjer, but I win a random match with him. I think the first one ended 5-3. The second was a walk in the park, I won 8-1. Why couldn't I get such results in the league...

Just had a couple games with japjer. First at Galatic Stadium

Then you challenged me best of 5 with a guest. I was on my own.

Why couldn't I have played like that in the League games. I was on fire.

The first 2 matches was a friend of mine playing. As ranked matches pretty much ruin the game instantly for a starting player, I logged in on my Mii hoping i would find a nice friendly, and I did!

After those 2 matches I was the guest in the best-of-5 match. He did get a bit better later on and our teamplay improved a bit, but it was already too late ;) You might've noticed only one person doing the actual scoring :p

Awesome, that's were some epic battles we had. You had some amazing comebacks. Each time I lead with two or more goals you equalized in matter of seconds. I think most of them ended in SD.

Game one: 9 - 6. Can't belive I nearly let you back in from a 6 - 1 lead, but I managed too keep my cool and won.
Game two: 4 - 7. Good game here, even and exciting.
Game Three: 6 - 3. Insane, This was the one with all the balls hitting the posts and crossbars right. Either way, tied all through, but I puiled off in the end.

Second series. The Lava Pit.

Game One: 9 - 2. You played well and everything was going for you.
game two: 5 - 3. I held in for a while in this one, and it was close. Though you pulled away in the end.

Good games. I just remembered that I had Peelin' Out cheat on, so that's why our first game only had bananas and mushrooms.

Oh - just played Cooky aswell. Tried a points match for a change too. One win for each of us, and a classic sudden death as usual. A rematch soon I hope? :)

Yeah been playing a lot lately - theres bugger all on the telly so a quick blast on strikers is great fun! and if you havent been checking out the online gaming section I'm still waiting to play league 2 players so gotta keep in training lol :p

love them matches. first game was very even Tales. You score, I score thing. Very close.

So was the match with field tilt, and shells. Another great game. I still don't know what happened with that goal I scored. (Match highlight 2) It just went in right from my own end. I love how games go when you put tilt on.
Sorry I could only do the one though, prior arrangements.
but any time you want another, I'll be up for it.

I had some really good games with Oli on Sunday, we had two 5 game series'

He beat me 3 - 0 in the first and 3 - 1 in the second, i was havin a very off day so i was damned happy to win the one game, hahaha

O.K. just wanted to know if anyone has been having the same problem as me.
So many times (since last week) if I win a ranked series set of matches 2-1 (sometimes 2-0) it says Error getting stats, and it just counts it as me losing. My record looks really bad now, I might delete it and start again because it is annoying.
Anyone else having this problem?

Happened to me today, and I didn't even get the error message. I won two matches, but it showed up in the season rankings as one win and one loss, and in the friend list as one loss.

But man those were some epic games, thanks for the invite. The first game was legendary, goals everywhere, I though i had it locked at one point but you fought back for a 11 - 9 win, awesome stuff. Thankfully i won the second game to tie up the series (11 - 6) and the last game was tight, i think i won it at the last minute almost, 6 - 5 was it? or something

Nice games this afternoon Tales. Had a close match where the score's were 1 all, and then we went into sudden death, where Tales won. Afterwards Tales won every game with a lot of goal's! :heh:
