Anyone who has seen and loves the original animated feature knows that they have their work cut out for them if they want to even match upto it. The story and soundtrack are awesome in the original lets hope they do a good job!

Not liking the idea of new Transformers, there's plenty to choose from already.

As much as I love The Transformers I can't help thinking this is going to end up as a film aimed mostly at todays kids, not the folks that grew up with them 20 years ago like me.

We'll see soon enough.

Isn't Micheal Bay teh guy who likes to spend a lot of money for brainless entertainment aimed at the broadest audience possible? If so, the movie is gonna lose a lot of the transformers magic i guess.

I know transformers from the 3D series, Beast Wars and then the series that came after it, don't remember what that was called. So i might not know what that 'magic' includes tbh.

I've been following Transformers since the days it came on Sky one's fun factory back in the 90's. If this movie doesn't have the transformers theme tune in I'll shave my head.

The original Transformers was fantastic, right up until I was 10 I collected them with my brother and we used to play with them all the time.

Beast Wars was such a load of crap, not given Transformers much notice since that came out, thought it was pretty much over and changed into something for the new generation of kids.

Hope the movie stays true to the original Transformers.

I loved Transformers as a kid, but unfortunately it never aired again in Portugal, so I dont remember much of the story as a whole. I hate that Beast Wars crap and the Poketransformers (Armada or wtvr). Its like they like rapnig our childhood memories.
