There is some confusion over both these titles, concerning if there out at launch. I would wait till Wednesday and ring your local game-shop and see if they have them in the back ready for launch day.

I think the Vegas release date is April 27th and Oblivion is set down as april as well.

I think they've both missed launch.
How Bethesda managed to miss I have no idea. It's a 1 1/2 year old game, that's plenty of time to port it.

Only first party, although since when did Ridge Racer become a Sony owned franchise?

Sony publishes it I believe, and that's probably the factor for why it's at £40 most places.
