OK i wanted to try this after king boo suggested it. Now i'm not much on making rules and stuff but you should

Nominate a quote then others should vote on it.
Just put +1 or i vote this or whatever.
The one which get's the most by midnight On friday wins.
Of course you CANNOT nominate yourself.
They can be unintensionally hilarious or whatever.
The winner should be praised in glory for the whole day after:)

My bad :heh:. Anyway, after giving serious consideration, I've come up with: Nothing, nobody said anything particularly interesting or amusing today. Including me. I know, I was surprised too.

I saw this as well! Everyone was just pissing around with the same sort of answer but this one was the best. It was actually this that reminded me of this thread.

Quote of the day sounds like a pretty hard thing to do. I mean, if it were over a week, you'd have a lot more to choose from. Somedays you'll have a million funny quotes, and then others you'd have 1.

I wasnt sure what what would be best, but we could have both running simultaneously, with a favourite quote chosen by everybody.

You could do Quote of the Day and then at the end of the week have a poll voting which one was the best.

Maybe when people nominate they could say what thread it is from? Or better still, put the link to that specific thread and post in their post. Makes it a lot easier to see why it's funny. :)

ya good point we should also have a leaderboard..ill make it when we have our first winner. it's a short week so 2moro at midnight will be the end(lets face it nothing can beat that quote though)
