Looking for a hack and slash / action / fighting RPG...

Well if you haven't already make sure you have both Zelda.
As sor a hack and slash action RPG, I'm really not sure. Golden Sun is more of a traditional RPG but I'm sure you'll like it as its fantastic. And if you do get the sequel also.

I don't know, random battles usually bore me, but I can put up with it.

But I hate turn based fighting.

Fire Emblem isn't really a hack and slash game. Thats more of a turn based strategy game.
