Wiinja, CycloWiz, Wiip and Wiikey better watch out, cause it seems that this new Wii Modchip “WiiXT” (advertised by it’s makers as the Ultimate Wii Modchip) will be able to play both GC and Wii Homebrew, Games and Backups. And as a most interesting feature, seems like it will be able to play DVD Movies. Some think is a fake, some don’t.
They claim it will have a Stealth Mode too, but that it will be disabled when you play Region Free.
It’s said that it will come with a “WiiXT USB Dongle” which you connect to one of the Wii’s USB 2.0 ports and you will be able to turn it on/off using it.
It’s also said that it will be able to play VC games you didn’t buy, and that it will have 512MB Flash Memory.
Some people doubt this modchip’s realness because they’re hosted on a free host and use a GMail account, and their web design is not very cool. But as they state in their FAQ, that’s because they don’t want to spend money on those things when they can spend it working on their mod.
Release date is still unknown, probably because Wii’s are so hard to come across and they don’t have enough to test it on.
DVD playback it’s said to be enabled because this modchip uses technology that doesn’t just explode the backdoor that all the previous modchips exploded, but it’s a much more complex chip that can take full advantage of the Wii.
We will keep you informed in all news about this new modchip.

http://wiixt.vze.com/ is there address, seems fake to me, they don't even have a proper address or email account. and some of the features seem abit far fetched considering no other mods can do any of these things, and this whole booting data from a usb dongle seems abit far fetched.
EDIT:
I mean one statement that sounds like a joke is:
I'd like to resell / buy / sample the WiiXT - Currently we do not have the funds to start production, understand that we have bricked countless Wii's working on this chip, and buying more Wii's can be very hard due to the lack of supply. When we are nearing a set release date, there will be more information for resellers and samplers on this site.
