Are there any good online shops which offer cheap, reliable and maybe batteries with more power for the Nintendo DS. Even though the DS holds longer than a PSP but it is still not enough for me - I am nearly recharging every day. It seems the battery is quite similar to the one of the GBA SP. Maybe I just forget about time while playing but I think the DS does not hold up for 10 hours with one battery charge.

I haven't tested it yet, so I'm not entirely sure. Right now I'm playing Castlevania.

Just a Heads up for sum reason the battery lasts a bit longer if you pull the games out once you have turned it off. Dont ask me why :D
It is a GBA SP battery. You can get replacements in Game for £10. That way if one runs out you ca swap it out for a spare one. My battery seems to last quite long but I've never timed it.

Mine lasts long anough, just make sure you run it down completly once a month and fully recharge that will keep it going longer.

No, the batteries are not the same, whilst being physically similar in size and shape, the DS and SP batteries have different lugs for locking in place when installed in the two handhelds. But you are partly correct, GAME do have spare batteries, you just have to make sure that you buy the DS one and not the SP one.
