Industry News | Activision Increases Wii and DS Support

In light of the success of both the Wii and DS, Activision have announced increased support for Nintendo systems during the upcoming fiscal year in a recent In a conference call with analysts.

According to GameSpot, the company intend to have 60 individual products, many of which would "aggressively target the Nintendo platforms" with a primary focus for key franchises, "Call of Duty, Tony Hawk, and Guitar Hero," those of which have given the company a large financial grin during the current fiscal year.

Certainly positive news for Nintendo, hopefully paving the way for new franchises on the Wii and DS.Great news!!

Thats the advantage of having a significant userbase. All publishers want to get involved with your console. I hope Wii sales continue to surpass all expectations.

The title for this thread is all wrong. Shouldn't it read along the lines of:
Guitar Hero for Wii.
Guitar Hero for Wii
Guitar Hero for the ****ing Wii!!
:yay: :yay: :bouncy: :bouncy:

Or something along those lines anyway.

I'm really considering getting Guitar Hero 1+2 for PS2 as its my kind of game (love Kongs, Band Bros., EBA etc.) but I may wait and hope they do an ultimate edition for the Wii. Actually this is one game I wouldnt mind them bringing over for the Wii as a 1+2 combo!!
