Buying new Motherboard

I'm thinking of getting a AMD64 processor so I would need a new motherboard. It'd need to have an AGP slot and IDE connectors (i've got a 6800GT so don't want to upgrade the card yet, or buy new HDD). ANy suggestions about what to get?
