I hope I'm not in the wrong place with this, or duping another thread, feel free to obliterate the friend if either of those are true. Anyway, I'm curious as to what Webcomics people read, but not the obvious big ones(CAD, PA, VG Cats, Chugworth etc), the more obscure sort of ones that you might read. Ones that aren't just about gaming, but original sort of webcomics. I have just come across one called Minus, which prompted me to post this, it's quite a cute little webcomic, which reminds me of being a kid, and how I wished I could be when I was one.
If you're going to make a post according to what I've said, you might as well include the 'obvious' ones as aforementioned, I was only doing it to try and keep lots of the same 2 or 3 word posts from cluttering the thread, but realised I'm stupid.

A few others;

http://www.krakowstudios.com/
http://www.nekothekitty.net/

Angel Moxie is a nice little one also, and my first ever webcomic, it's finished it's run now so it's basically one big story, I'd recommend to check it out when you have some time.

I only read the big ones these days, (the ones you said not, like MegaTokyo) plus Dr McNinja (http://drmcninja.com/index.html) (not sure how big that is).

I used to read the comic at www.woosel.com but one day I realised it was shit, and emailed the creator and told him it was shit and we both agreed it was shit so he took it offline and took a shit and wiped his ass on printouts of the shit comics n' shit.

Ahh, Dr McNinja, I saw that quite a while back but didn't keep up with it. The only reason I really said not, was so that the thread didn't get filled up with lots of posts saying the exact same things referring to the exact same webcomics. I don't really know how to judge the 'big' webcomics when I come to think of it(im stupid, didnt really think things through). Would Overcompensating and Questionable Content count?

Speaking of MT, I was amazed to see Megatokyo volumes 2 and 3 in the manga section of my Uni bookstore. I knew the series was popular but I didn't know it was that big.

I used to read one, it was pretty good, but I've forgotten what it was called. It had 2 guys working in some sort of office, but I think one of them got the sack. Perhaps both did. It may have featured melons.

VGcats is a regular too.

Nowadays I mainly stick by the likes of Penny Arcade and Megatokyo, but back in the day there were a few smaller ones I read regularly, which have since sadly died. There was Avalon (http://www.avalonhigh.com/), which was kind of like the OC, but set in Canada and there was also The Life of Riley (http://www.pyrocam.com/life-of-riley/) which was a strange mix of gamer humour and biblical mythology.

I edited the original post, because I'm just too curious about all the webcomics people read, so if you already posted, feel free to go back and edit in the more popular comics that you read. I'm not sure if this one has been mentioned yet, but it the webcomic equivalent of Tim Vine imo, every single one seems to get a little chuckle from me, and it updates every day. They guys were recently involved in doing comics for Orange to advertise their Orange Wednesday campaigns.

Don't expect too much from the art, and some of the humour sometimes is a little un-PC, but it's really really funny nonetheless, and daily!

EDIT: Crude humour, that's what I was trying to say, it's rather crude. Here's a random, rather clean one that I clicked.

PVP, White Ninja, Penny Arcade and PBF are all awesome.
VGCats is the worst piece of shit on the internet. Slightly worse than child porn.

 What?! How DARE you! I can't believe you would say such a thing about child porn.
No, I quite enjoy VG Cats, the death of the gamecube comic was so fantastic. Also, links to two aforementioned comics.
Questionable Content (http://www.questionablecontent.net/) - Quite good, nice to see how his art has evolved, updates week daily too, so nice and frequent.
Overcompensating (http://www.overcompensating.com/) - I'm not sure if this is a 'popular' one or not, but as I understand it apparently had a slightly biggish part in bringing the knowledge of Snakes on a Plane to the internet.
Wigu (http://www.jjrowland.com/) - A cute little comic about a little boy with a cool imagination written by writer of OC(as in above).

PS Admins, this forum really needs a strikethrough feature to add to the repatoire of possible forum wit!You silly forums with your silly tags. Why not just make it s?
I could have done a joke crossing through child porn and replacing it with VGCats! The moment has passed.

PPS Everyone, Child porn is very bad and I do not approve of it in any way. I don't think I know how to spell repatoire either.

EDIT:How the hell did that mad smilie pop up at the beginning of my post, I didn't mean to do it at all, but I'm going to leave it there now.

Actually, the most recent comic was pretty funny... but the jokes were already there and have been joked about a gazillion times.

PS Admins, this forum really needs a strikethrough feature I don't know why we don't have strikethrough... most vBulletin forums do and it seems strange to have to add it in seperately. Heck we had strikethrough on the old xsorbit forums. I agree we should have it.

Tis a bit of a bump here, dude :P

... But my favourite xkcd has to be http://xkcd.com/24/ . I like the author's idea of what life is, and how we ought to just do as we please.

The last part of that link says "there's too much and so little feels important. What do you do?" ... and we cling to whoever we can find for love. I don't really deeply know whether I agree completely with that, but it makes me think about just what I think life is, and love is, and makes me look at loads of aspects of my life - which is quite powerful for a few words and lines!

The strip, while still funny, doesn't seem to do as much in that way as it used to - look at the "barrel" strips at the start.

... Ok it's just late and i'm looking for excuses not to go to sleep so I'll shup!

Don't bump such an old thread for no reason. You may as well have made a new one.
