Been to house parties for the past 5 years so fancied something different. So me and a few of my mates are off to our favourite club in new cross called the venue. It has many floors of different music, the best being the cheesey floor and the indie floor of course.

I cant wait, they have a wham tribute on at 10:30 and it is open till 5am :) Tickets were £35 (usually £12) but it is well worth it as a lot of places in London are charging £50 upwards.

So yeah I will be in there getting wasted and dancing like a fool :D

Seems there are no houseparties this year, much like last year. So it seems I, along with every other person in Oxford, am hitting a club. Should be fun seeing as I'll probably know a pretty large people going, although this may just be increasing the number of people I can make fool out of myself in front off. Ach, lets just see how the night progresses, it can't get worse then last year where the highlight was dropping a pizza on the floor.

I plan on getting incredibly drunk, but not drunk enough to lose all my coolness. I don't know how, or if, I'm going to go home afterwards. I don't actually know how I'm getting there either, there's one bus today that goes to that village and thats at 4pm.....

So unfortunately I wont be around to clear up you guys mess after all the drunken posting, I'm also going away to my grans for a few days tomorrow, so that'll be fun...

I'm going to a friend's house with my girlfriend. Not really looking to it really cos this friend hasn't really been making an effort to come out with the rest of us. It's been ages since we saw her.

We saw her in town the other week with her girlfriend (as she is a moody lesbian), and they hardly said a word. Remember that Friends episode where Mike and Ross are in the apartment and neither of them really say a word to each other...that was what it was like in town.

This is going to be so amazing.....NOT.

I'm sure it'll all be cool once the drink starts flowing.
I too am going to a house party, I wanted a fresh house party for new years as that what's happened for the last 3 years and they've all been great, but I'm ending up at the same place as I was last year, only this time it's gonna be more of a party than a fathering, should be pretty cool.

I gave up on going out on NYE a couple of years back when I realised it was over-rated , over-priced and the pubs/clubs were full of once a year drinkers getting wasted and acting like tits.

I find the start of a New Year depressing anyway as tomorrow will still be full of the same crap as today is.

So tonight I will just be watching the last week of the regular season of NFL action , accompanied by Pizza and Jack Daniels (as usual).

I don't but feel like I should. Might just go for a couple of hours.

Heading to the pub for a while with a few of my mates, then heading to a party with them and then whenever we leave the party we're heading back to mine to chill out, have a few more drinks and probably drunkenly play the wii. I was considering going to a club, but I'm not that bothered with clubs in general, plus the two local clubs are ridiculously expensive tonight. Should be a good laugh, as long as we don't get blown away by the gale force winds outside :D

I was in a bit of a bad mood but as it gets closer to 2007 i'm getting happier. I'm always like that with New Years Eve, always looking forward to when it's over. I'm leaving here at around 9.45, and don't excpect much as it sounds like the party is going to be shit but ah well. Don't plan to drink much although if i'm not enjoying it i'll probably have no choice. I won't let myself get too drunk though, i'm too sensible for that, and I never 'plan' to get pissed.

5:30 - 7:30 = down mates having chinese from takeaway, drinking and playing deal or no deal dvd game hehe

7:30 - 12:30 = down measure inn getting wrecked, dancing, met G/Fs parents

12:30 - 1:30 = went to g/fs house (3 houses away from pub :D)

then at 2am caught taxi home

got home bout 2:15 completely wrecked

2:30 - 4:00 - playing texas holdum and splinter cell lol

then bed :)

My night sucked a bit. the venue the club was in licked an impressive ammount of ass:
shit dance floor- tiny, round and annoying

worse acoustics/ sound- the bad dancefloor was the only place you could hear music properly.

The Cloak Room was a shambles: no staff and no tickets. it rapidly devolved into a horrendous free for all with coats all over the floor and broken hanger rails coming off the walls.

The Bar sucked. thin, nasty pints all night. yay.

Sigh. What a let down.

Went round a friends house and ended up playing Singstar drinking games for most of the end. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would have been. Then when most people went to be around 2 some of us stayed up and played Buzz. After a few rounds (ie around 4.30) I was pretty tired and actually fell asleep, but still won. Go me.

Had a most excellent night. Got a bit messy, I was very drunk but enjoyed it to the last. The music was good, everyone was in a nice happy mood and the ladies were out in full force :D

Got in around 5:30am and woke up about 2:30pm feeling a bit fragile to say the least.

I haven't gone to sleep yet, might as well wait till later tonight and try and not mess up my sleeping pattern too much. I had a great night, I went to the pub with some of my mates for a few hours, then went on to a small house party till about 2.30am, and then we headed back to my house and chilled out with a few drinks, playing the Wii, and of course, singing away to random songs :) At about 11am this morning we went and bought some food, and cooked an absolutely delicious fry up, we were all shattered but it was still a good laugh. The last of my friends left about an hour ago. It was a real relaxed new years eve for me, I really had a great time.

Had a quality night around a mates house, quite a few people there but some people left early which is a bit sad.

Ending up drinking nearly the whole bottle of skittles vodka (thanks Rummy) myself which probably wasn't the best idea since it's straight vodka, just with a funny taste! I think next time I make it (and I will) I'll leave it longer than 2 days since not all the skittles had dissolved and it was a bit of a mess getting the sugar out!

Went to bed about 5:30 after a bit of playstation, playing SSX Blur is not easy when you're drunk and trying to use a dance mat!

Hmmmmm, played a monopoly based drinking game with my friends. I was drinking milk because i don't drink alcohol.

Ended up drinking around 9-10 pints of milk and then throwing up in a toilet. Still, at least i didn't get a hangover!
