DS Gaming till chrimbo.... [Archive]

Well, just over 2 months till christmas, and my DS will get the most play it has ever had.

What titles will you guys be buying/recieving/hope to recieve between now and christmas.

I'm getting:

Phoenix Wright:Ace Attorney(shipped today)
Nanostray
Mario Kart DS
Sonic Rush
Lost in Blue(not 100% certain yet-probably will though)

Those are the games I will be getting. There are a few i'm interested in, but I can wait for them, as this is more than enough. AC:WW won't be getting a purchase by me until I hear whether we in EU can get online with it.

Not sure about Nanostray but the rest of those on your list are pretty much must-buys for me!

(You'll have to let me know what you think of Phoenix Wright - I started a thread about this recently. Did you order from VGP?)

AC:WW is animal crossing, sorry for the confusion. I can't wait for Phoenix Wright, should be really good. Eurogamer have a review of it, and they say 10 hours worth of gameplay. 8/10 off them.

Just seen the Eurogamer review for Phoenix Wright. I am going to be broke for chrimbo thats for sure.
I'll have to tell everyone no presents this as Nintendo stole my paycheck.

Well I just got Castlevania, and I know I'm getting Mario Kart and Sonic Rush.

Not sure about anything else though, maybe if I see something used. There are some more games that I want out for the DS right now, but I'll probably wait 'til after christmas.

I do plan on picking up a few GBA games though.

well i need to get money first then ill get mario kart, tony hawks, sonic rush, Maybe nanostary, lost in blue, zoo tycoon, touch golf. these are just for christmas time, late ill want to get, AC:WW, trauma centre (it looks good), that Ace atourney game, cant remember name, viewtiful jow, new mario bros, metroid, ultimate Brain/card games, remember they were confirmed online ages ago, etc so many games, so little money.. none

Although im Playing Nintendogs at the mo I will be getting Mario Kart, Kirby and Sonic Rush. If theres time to spare I will pick up Castlevania as I really want to check that out. Im hoping Mario Kart will own my life so it stops me spending loads on the Christmas rush of games.

I've had Kirby since July too... its so good. By far the best platformer on DS. Not that it has much competition...

Castlevania is awesome, shame i keep getting stuck.

Never forget Kirby- it's one of the few 'proper' DS games out, and having played it to death over the last few months, I can given it two thumbs up. It's also got plenty of replay value, too.

Well I already have Castlevania, Advance War: Dual Strike & Nintendogs meaning that the only games for me left to get for my DS is:

Sonic Rush
Mario Kart DS

And I think that should do me for this year (I already have Kirby's Cursed Canvas).
Thats me with 10 DS games already ( i think).

I really want Mario Kart, but im not all too hyped about a racing game, but then on the other hand, it'll be online. AHHH!!!

Other candidates would be Sonic Rush, then ill probably pick up MEtroid and Animal crossing next year sometime.

Yea DD was pretty bad compaired to the other 3 MK games, but this game is going to be amazing. Just watch the videos. This is going to be above and beyond the best DS game out when it comes out.

My DS will be used ALL THE TIME from October-December!

I have just recently received Castlevania, Lost In Blue, Trauma Centre and next week Phoenix Wright.

October:
Metroid Pinball (thought i give it a go, and it comes with a rumble pack)
Where Do Babies Come From?

November:
Touch! Golf! (not sure yet, may buy it)
Tony Hawks: AS
Mario Kart DS
Sonic Rush
Mario and Luigi: Partners In Time (Xmas prezzie though)
Viewtiful Joe (Xmas Prezzie)

December:
Animal Crossing: WW (Xmas prezzie, i must be mad waiting longer to play this, but i will have my Xbox360 then and that should hold me out!)

CANNOT WAIT! Also i know it's DS's rival, but PSP also has some good games coming which i'll be getting, Pursuit Force, Prince Of Persia etc..

It's definately the winter of handhelds!!!!! :D

I just got Castlevania and it's damn good!!! After Christmas, I'll be getting Animla Crossing and maybe the next pokemon game, if its out a couple of months before my GCSE's that is. Pokemon is just one of those games that can ruin your results :sad:
