picture and audio in forums

whats the best way to ave a full size picture in a thread? i use imageshack but you can only get a small thumbnail.

also is there anywhere that you can have audio hosted?

If you use imageshack don't use the code they provide, but rather open the large image and copy the url direct to the image itself. The code with imageshack is what makes the tn. Alternatively just host your image somewhere else.

I use PhotoBucket, and they allow hotlinking to your images (so you don't need to put in specialist code like imageshack).........highly recommended.

If you use imageshack they give you the 'direct link to image' just after you upload, at the bottom of the page.
For example:
