I thought there was a thread about this in the Suggestions board, apparantly the server hosting a part of the servers is down, if I recall correctly of course.

Yeah i'm with you there, smilies aint been working for me for a while, like for instance on the right of this message screen now, theres Xs for Errr, Oh noes, Geek, Bow down and another mystery one with no title...i guess i can get by without them anyway.
