This is surely as good as confirmed then!! Get in there! I'm so excited by this, if theres a delay by more than one month Im getting the Japanese version - I need thi sgame badly!!

Also, see there is a Sudoku game coming - just funny after what people were saying earlier. Also, cant believe how many puzzle games there are!! Brain Training has certainly hit off hasnt it!!

Wonder when we'll see all these games in the west!?

i thought this game was announced pretty far back, just not alot of details. It was even listed in Nintendo's WiFi list as being online if I remember correctly.

Yeah it was annoucned (by IGN again) though it went off the radar so everyone feared the worst!
It being announced again surely means it aint a fuck up. I really want this game, so badly. If its online it will be awesome, and hopfeully you can change the teams, create players etc because Ill want to update the teams every transfer window and creat every premiership club (just like I have with my cube version!!)

I still play the GBA version on an almost daily basis, so am really looking forward to the DS version. Just hope it gets over here and not just Japan so that I can get more out of the game.

The GBA game!?! Do you mean ISS Advanced? I had that game, thought it was pretty dire, this wll be (should be) a million times better. To be honest, im expecting it to be as good as the Cube version - notgraphically, but gameply. Hope im not disappointed!

No, I mean Winning Eleven World Soccer. Only came out in Japan. Gameplay is absolutely superb.

Done a quick search and found this site that has a review and screenshots of the game:-

I must admit that, not being able to read Japanese, I'm sure I'm not getting the best out of the game, but I am able to work out how to set-up world leagues and knockout competitions.

I think it came out in 2002 - research seems to indicate around April.

It's hard to compare it to the console versions. I've only got Winning Eleven 6 on the Gamecube.

All I can say is that, whilst the graphics aren't great (but not bad for the GBA), and the commentary is all in Japanese and not very varied, the actual gameplay is, as already stated, superb. Passing, through balls, chips, lobs and shots are all quite easy to pull off.

The control will map to the DS's pretty well. A map and touchscreen tactics wil be great for me. He said he's not allowed to mention the game. Wonder why that is!?!

What's great news? Is Pro Evo actually on DS or is that just a big list of recently revealed games again?
